The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transport for all the sites we wanted to visit. We didn't need public transport, as everything was within walking distance. , the hotel was conveniently close to the gorgeous parklands and a short distance to the Tegel airport. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-functioning bathroom. The hotel staff provided excellent service, helping us with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious.
The hotel staff, although available, were not the most helpful or friendly that I have encountered.

The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, though it has 2 mattresses. The elevator is helpful and the location is convenient with transportation, stores, and restaurants nearby. The view from the apartment is great. Complimentary hot drinks are available during breakfast hours.

The location was perfect, being close to the train station and public transport. It was also a short half-hour walk through a park along the river to the Brandenburg Gate area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel location is ideal, close to company, restaurants, and the Spree river. Friendly and helpful staff. Massive, clean rooms. Easy access to U-Bahn station.

We had a good stay at this centrally located hotel. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service, we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including a selection of fresh fruits. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful parklands, which allowed for enjoyable walks and easy access to major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and convenient location.

This hotel offers great value for money in a very good area. Its location at the center, only a few minutes' walk from the Zoo station, is perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with showers and comfy period furniture. The breakfast provided is something out of this world, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
